Newly protected designation since 1990. A blend of white grape must fortified with armagnac from the same estate. A versatile and pleasant aperitif, with a good fruity freshness on the palate. 17%, 75cl. Best consumed chilled as an aperitif, on foie gras or melons, or with a chocolate dessert. White or rosé Floc can be used in a variety of recipes.

About the house

Jacques de Chastenet de Puységur ‘ 1600 – 1682 ) was born in the shadows of the ancient towers of Puységur, which guad the left bank od the Gers River between Auch and Fleurance.

The Marquis was field Marshall and advisor to King Louis XIII and the father of Maréchal de Puységur ( 1656 – 1743 ) , Knight of the Orders of the King and of Saint-Louis.

Only an exceptional Armagnac could bear the name of such illustrious ancestors.
